Cajun Queen has a great crawfish etouffee. Thats where I go to get my fix. Sir Ed's had a crawfish melt sandwich recently, but you never know how long an item will stay on their menu. Other than that I usually see crawfish in various restaurant gumbos.
As far as buying the tails, you can get them frozen in a few grocery stores - Harris Teeter definitely, and I think one of the warehouse stores sells them.

re: billyjack
The tails in HT are craptastic. I haven't been able to find a good local source so I fly a few bags in once a year, have a big boil and freeze whatever is left over myself. Usually enough to get me through the rest of the year. Cajun Queen is not a bad restaurant idea. Stay away from Beadreaux's, everything they make is horrible.

re: friek
Just for the record last time Friek got a shipment of these mud bugs he did some amazing things with them. My personal fav the pasta with a Blackened Cajun Cream Crawfish Sauce. I sliced up some andouille sausage that was another dish and mixed it in with the pasta dish and HHHHoooooWeee I had me a Dixieland band playing in my mouth.
