mini pickled onions for martini's with dad

i love drinking martini's with my dad. It is essentially the only time i drink them. He sneaks these lil miniature pickled onions in the drink......but now he can't find them anymore and neither can I.

Let me know if you know how i can find these......you will be doing a good deed so i can contnie having martini's with my dad!

      I see them at my grocery store (Krogers) on a top shelf along with capers, maraschino cherries and other assorted things. They are the small one and are cocktail onions. I used to get those for my dad, along with sardine and pickled herring, for fun gifts. Then it was hard to resist eating those little onions. They are good!

        If you can't find the onions in your grocery store, try BevMo or any other liquor warehouse.

          btw, a pickled onion garnish makes the drink a Gibson.

            i am looking for the tiny pearl like mariniated onions....
            not the regular size....i saw some soaked in vermouth yesterday!

              They are still in every grocery store here, next to the capers and gourmet olives. For some reason, they are in a different aisle than the typical pickles and olives...
