Recommendations - engagment party downtown toronto

Looking for a venue to host an engagement party - open to anything, keeping the following in mind

- Good cocktail/wine selection
- Interesting hors d'ouvres, tapas, food
- Reasonably priced (i.e. - not $100/person for a few carrot sticks and smoked salmon)
- Music
- Outdoor area, if possible
- Downtown toronto (Bathurst- Eglinton - Leslie - Lakeshore)

Any suggestions very welcome... i am stumped. (have sent out some inquiries to Brassaii and Reds, but other than that haven't come across too much)

thanks!!!

recently went to an engagement party at the ultra supper club. no idea how much it cost but it was lovely. they have a beautiful rooftop patio too.

How many people will be attending? Do you want the entire restaurant to yourself, or are you content to take over part of the space?

probably between 50-60 people, definitely dont need to take over an entire venue...

Boiler House fits all these descriptions perfectly.
