Need ingredient list for Spatulatta Enchiladas

I recently bought the Spatulatta cookbook for my niece, and we have a date to cook the cheese/veggie Enchiladas in that cookbook tomorrow. Here's the problem--I need to grocery shop today, and I don't have an exactly list of what the enchiladas demand. I don't think I'm going to be able to reach her before I go shopping.

Does anyone have a copy of the cookbook at home? I'd be super-grateful if you could type up a list of ingredients for me!

  1. I don't have the cookbook, but these are the ingredients I typically use:

    vegetable oil (for pre-cooking the tortillas)
    corn tortillas (about a dozen)
    poblano (or other types of chiles to individual taste)
    shredded roasted chicken (about half a quart)
    salsa verde (about a quart)
    onions (one small)
    garlic (two cloves)
    cheese (about half a pound) I prefer a sharp cheddar but muenster would be good.
    sour cream (about a cup)
    cilantro (about a quarter cup)
