I was released from the hospital yesterday after undergoing a sub-total gastrectomy for a cancerous polyp. I've read up on dining out tips and food suggestions here an other places online, so that's not a problem. Other than the pain meds reducing appetite - sheesh.

We're trying to get the kitchen/fridge organized to make quick prep and storage of the inevitable leftovers easier, My SO has found all of the small ramekins and bowls for me to eat out of, so food will look relatively normal. All of my yogurts are on the same shelf in the fridge.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions from past experience on how to organize for one person who eats many small meals, living with a person who can still eat the large amounts he always has?
