Good Seafood in Seattle

Is there such a thing as great Pacific NW seafood in Seattle - downtown - that will not break the bank? Would appreciate suggestions. Thank you.

I second Grassroots' recpmmendations--especially Maximilien's. However, I am a permanent fan of the Szechuan crab at Seven Stars. An amazing dish and very affordable compared to Belltown's more expensive but lesser offerings.
