What's your favorite cookbook?

Lately I've been enjoying using a couple of Jamie Oliver's cookbooks, "Jamie at Home" and "Jamie's Ministry of Food" Wondering if anyone else has cookbooks, particularly with a vegetarian bent, that they like.

Depends on what you like to cook. Jamie has some Italian leanings but is mostly pretty straightforward English food so the real question is what kind of food you like or would like to try. My favourite by far is Charmaine SOlomon Complete Asian Cookbook though mostly I stay within the Thai and India sections. Not a vegetarian book but certainly lots of vegetarian options contained in it. I've had and gotten rid of loads of cookbooks and now trying to limit myself to 10 really good books so I am also looking for suggestions.
