Is Mark still the chef at 1 bleu? Any feed back would be appreciated.

    We had dinner there Sunday and Mark is still there and he has a great tasting menu for the summer. Lots of choices and the price is $45.00. The view is amazing and the service was spot on.

      meanwhile today it was announced that the Regent has pulled out of the Bal Harbour property as the result of court actions related to the bankruptcy of the hotel owner, WCI Communities Inc. The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has approved the immediate sale of the Hotel by WCI Communities. Who knows what will happen now...

        We live there, and have been told by the new owners, that everything will remain the same over the next few months. The new name is the One Bal Harbour Resort and Spa. Mark has made a great restaurant and we are hopeing that he will stay on.
