Cheese Carts?

I'm looking for suggetsions.

I looking for a restaurant that has a cheese cart i can order from for desert. I want to choose a few cheeses from a range of options; i also want all the fixings like nuts, fruits, preserves, etc.

Does anybody remember when Caliterra in the Wyndham hotel had a cheese cart? It was awesome!

It's not an official "cart" but the cheese menu at avec (615 W. Randolph) is always great. You can mix and match and they have thoughtful and interesting cheese condiments.

Spiaggia and TRU both have excellent cheese carts. But we all know the caliber of restaurant both places are. Brasserie Jo used to have one, but i haven't been there in a while.

Agreed. The cheese cart at Tru is phenomenal (just like everything else they do), but be prepared to shell out $300 minimum for a dinner for two people.
