Apparently very expensivwe by the kilo so many places sell FAKE white tea I've been told. Since I know nothing about it, I don't want to be percolated ;) ya know!

They have a few outlets and are very reputable from what I know.

There is also Camellia Sinensis, which I know less about but they are fairly well known: http://camellia-sinensis.com/

Good luck!

Camellia Sinensis is tops and has a sterling reputation. Stores in the Quartier Latin and adjacent to the Jean Talon Market.

David's Tea, the newest kid on the block, has a small selection of white teas, some of them organic. www.davidstea.com

They only sell chinese tea. Since white tea is produced from China, I guess it's the place to go!

Good luck.
