My favorite so far is at Sevan's G&G Cafe in Lowest Greenville. Located directly across Greenville from the former Whole Foods Market. They are a mixture of lamb and beef. Their dolmas and pistachio baklava are great accompaniments, FYI.

it's further up north but Zorba's (preston & plano pkwy) gyro pita is good stuff for lunch.

I love their Lamb Souvalaki Pita at Zorbas. The gyro is good but I personally see most gyros as such to be the same. I do think their gyro salad is outstanding and a good value.
