Chow Lists - Not updating selections

Hi, I'm pretty new to the Chow Lists, but I love the idea, and my initial forays were much more successful than I expected since they're so easy and intuitive.
However,... compiling my second one, I tried to add in a 14th restaurant when it went hinky. I went through the normal motions of "Add to this list", then typing in the name & city, and selecting one of the establishments, and clicking "Done". It just wouldn't update with the restaurant. In this case it was Mother's in Bristol, VA, but it did the same when I tried to add Blue Collar Joe's in Daleville, VA.
Thinking that it might be maxing out the number of places per list, I tried both with a new list, but no joy.

I went back and tried adding to the new list with a couple spots local to me. Vietnam Cafe in Telford, PA comes up as a Chow restaurant and Cafe Avocado comes up as a non-Chow place, but both update the list. I'm not sure if it's something particular to the restaurants, but I wanted to highlight it.
