Ice cream sundaes

I have never been a fan of the hot fudge at Amy's. It just does not grab me by the back of the tongue and scream "Chocolate! Butter! Salt" And it's usually not very warm, and it's just too gooey.

Is there somewhere in town where I can get an ice cream sundae with excellent hot fudge?

Hickory street sucks in general, but they have a sundae bar with some yummy ass hot fudge. and 1886 Bakery in the Driskill has several different sundaes on the menu.
