I'm in VA so I can't help you - But you may want to look on www.meathenge.com - he talks about some butcher shops north of the Bay.</content>

      <content>Try Boccalone in the Ferry Plaza. I've gotten it from them in the past, don't know if they always have it. Or call and ask them if someone else carries their products, if Ferry Plaza isn't convenient for you.

Fatted Calf is also at the Berkeley and Ferry Plaza farmers markets on Saturdays.</content>

      <content>I went into Star Meats in Berkeley about a month ago and they had two kinds (both house-made). I think it was made from the Mangsalita pigs they had in the wintertime. It wasn't in the display case, so you'll have to ask or call ahead.</content>
