Was wondering if you've noticed summer specials for the season?

- Wildfish: all night happy hour in the bar area. Discounts on drinks/apps
- IBID for Roaring Fork. Same ownership... can't recall if weekends count.
- Pearl Sushi (Old Town Scottsdale). Kind of a scene/be seen place, but they've got permanent happy hour for the time being, 7 days a week. They're also doing some add-on deals. We ate well, then they had us roll dice to take off another big percentage from the final bill.

Other places? Many of these deals don't seem to be listed on websites, etc. so I thought a running post might be useful.

In Sedona - there's a Restaurant Week-like promotion with “Dine In Sedona” through June 30. About 20 restaurants are offering three-course prix-fixe dinner menus, depending on the restaurant, at $19.95, $29.95; and $39.95.

Get there before 7 p.m. to take advantage of the daily happy hour too (half-off cocktails and glasses of wine/beer) — and it's a smokin' deal.
Kincaid's at the Collier Center in downtown Phoenix offers the entire appetizer menu at half price along with drink specials. Believe it is 4-6pm in the bar. Have been a couple of times and food quality is very good. Great place to go before a Diamondbacks game. Had a trio of Kobe Beef Meatloaf sliders for $4 that were spectacular. Particularly when compared to my $4 D-backs dog at the game.

Flemings has 7 for 7. Seven apps and seven drinks for $7 each. The apps are about half off but a couple amount ot an even deeper discount. High quality food and beverage in a very nice atmosphere.

Kona Grill has a 50% off app menu and drink specials. We had three apps and a couple of drinks for $20 and it was equivalent to a full dinner. Big portions.

I didn't see the coupon anywhere. Could you please post a more specific link?

I have reservations at Digestif for the Yelp! Eats event, but am thinking that maybe we will just use this coupon to dine there this weekend instead. I am especially weary about the Yelp Eats event at Digestif, since they announced they are moving (into the Sea Saw space) right around the time of the event.

I like to support local restaurants (especially during the lean summer months), and when I can do it for less $$$ I like it even more.
