        <content>I received about a dozen red and yellow lipstick peppers in my CSA box this week and I'm looking for suggestions on how to use them. I enjoyed one sliced with hummus this afternoon, but I think I'll need to find another way to use them all before they go bad.

I suppose any recipes for plain ol' bell peppers would suffice, but I'm new to the lipstick variety. Any and all suggestions welcomed. Thanks!</content>
