Inexpensive near Carnegie Hall?
Concert tonight at Carnegie Hall, and need a place for a quick and inexpensive dinner beforehand (early!). Considering Landmarc, would love to hear other thoughts. In this abysmal weather, close is great!
Thanks!

In this stinky weather, the TWC seems too far away to me.
Molyvos is practically next door to Carnegie Hall, on 7th, b/t 55th & 56th.
I've heard good things about Seasonal, on 58th, b/t 6th & 7th. German/Austrian food.

re: RGR
Recently at Seasonal on a Sunday (which I believe is a "new" day for them). We thought the food was very good but the service, or more accuratly, the lack there of, was horrible. Not rude or anything but completely clueless. We were given menus that had specials on them which we immediately were drawn to only to be told, "Oh, you shouldn't have been given those menus". Next came my attempt to order a beer from their nice but extremely limited draught selection. First attempt, okay, take order, return 5 (yes 5) minutes later to say they are out of that one. Okay, ask for suggestion from waiter, okay, I'll have that one, 5 minutes later, out of that one also. The same thing happen with my GFs first wine attempt. No apologoes at all.
After we were finished eating we sat for easily 25 minutes waiting for a check which I asked for twice. There were maybe 5 other tables while this was going on with at least 4 servers working.
It's really a shame because as I said, the food was quite good and the location is really convenient for CH.
