Glatt Organic Beef at Long Beach Farmer's Market?

I read in a press release in the local "Primetime Express" that the Wednesday farmer's market in Long Beach (NY) has expanded this year and has "glatt certified" organic beef. Has anyone tried it? Is it available every week? Looking for info regarding price/quality/available cuts/producer and hashgacha.
