Hudson Valley BBQ Catering?

I am looking for a good , reasonable Hudson Valley BBQ caterer who will work in Orange County for a private party this summer. Does anyone know of any?

  1. I've been to several 'ques catered by Big Bob's in Rhinebeck. The food was always good and I know they work in Orange County (they catered for the opening of the new Orange County Choppers).

            1. --Chumley's out of Florida, NY is very decent
              --Gersky's out of Mahopac might do the trip
              --Royal Grilling Company out of Rye may also

              A great off-site Ice Cream company for dessert is Zogby's Blueberry Mountain out of Middletown. They did a huge sundae "shop" station at a corporate event a few years back and they were excellent.
