Quiche for dinner- what else?

What else would you serve with a quiche for dinner? Often a ham, spinach, onion quiche. I find it easy to serve along a brunch spread. However, if bringing it to someone for dinner, what would you bring with it?

  1. A roasted asparagus soup served cold with creme fraiche or sour cream goes well with quiche.

    1. a green salad with a sharp vinaigrette would balance the richness of the would a nicely acidic gazpacho. i like emilief's idea of asparagus, but i think the creme fraiche or sour cream might be heavy with quiche. i'd be more inclined to just serve the roasted asparagus instead of turning it into a soup. but hey, to each his/her own.

      1. my standard quiche dinner includes

        crusty bread w/salted butter
bitter salad (dandelion and frisee) with a sweet mustard vinaigrette
grilled peaches/watermelon (depending on the season)

simple but one of my favorite meals
