  1. Great tip.

I thought it was opening next week.

    1. Sorry- correction. I went for lunch, but it's only open for DINNER. Sorry, Chowpeeps. ChowPups?

      1. I think it is open for lunch now.

Great idea to open in the old Phil's.

This place will do great in this economy.

        1. Went to Lefty's on Friday night for a pick up order.

They accidentally give my pizza to someone else.

They gave me half off my order.

          Classy move.

This place is going to do great.

          1. Lunch today: Excellent service, great food, cost for 2 = $21 (more food than anyone in their right mind should eat).

I have to throw this on my san diego top 10 list.

What did you have for lunch, and how was the eat-in experience at Leftys?

              Thanks!!!

Char cheddar burger and deep dish sausage slice. Both great. Obviously I ate too much.

Eat in experience is great. Great service.

I'm glad to here you liked it. Lefty's is definitely one of my favorites.

Did you notice if they got their outdoor seating open yet?

Did not. At the mission hills loc?

Yeah Mission Hills. When they first opened the owner told me how they would eventually turn the outdoor area into a beer garden.

              3. Wow, not an once of smarminess from Stevewag23, it must be good. I will go...;>

Ha. There is never any "smarminess" if the place is legit.

For what its worth, my father and godfather (from south side and north side of chicago respectively) both give the place an emphatic thumbs up.
