frozen shrimp shells
Hi,
I've been saving some shrimp shells in my freezer with the intention to use them to make a sauce or bisque or something along those lines. Now I've realized they've been in there a really long time-- not exactly sure how long at this point, but close to 9 months is a safe bet.
How long do you think they'll keep for? Any danger in using them or will they simply lack flavor?
