North Dallas/Addison Restaurant
I am heading out to dinner with a client next week and have no idea what is hot in the North Dallas/Addison area.
I prefer healthy, clean foods and have a craving for something like ceviche or ahi.
Can't be a sushi place... and NOT a steak house or other place that only serves high fat/high calorie options.
Price is not a concern.
Needs to be within 10 miles of Beltline/Tollway.
Any thoughts?

You could eat at Bliss Raw Cafe on Lovers and Greenville

That way you have not to worry about unhealthy food or even meat for that matter.

I might suggest Citrus Bistro http://www.citrusbistro.com/ on Royal near Preston. It's a short hop down the tollway from Addison. It's nice a quiet for a business lunch and has everything from fish to steak.

10 miles will permit you to go anywhere from Lovers to Legacy on the tollway. Within that range (and less than 1 mile from the tollway) Id look at places that have good to great food--as almost any can serve lighter and healthier fare. Starting at Lovers and going north: Bijoux; Shinsei; Mercury Grill; Oceanaire; Masaryk; Ferrari's; Roy's and Jaspers. Each one of those will have either ceviche or ahi or something light. None are more than 12 minutes from beltline (assuming no rush hour traffic).

That's good that price isn't a concern, Addison's restaurants can get expensive.
Here's a link to get you started. Point your mouse at the restaurants tab on the top of the page, and then you'll be able to sort by cuisine.
