Greek in Orlando area?

Any good ones around? I used to be a fan of Mykonos, but feel the food quality has declined in recent years.

I haven't tried Taverna Opa, but I did walk in there once. People looked like they were having good time.

Our favorite is Greek Flame Taverna on Semoran and Howell Branch, the border between Casselberry and Winter Park. Top-notch food, good-sized portions, great value, and friendly service every time. I can't say enough nice things about them.

We tried Mykonos once, relatively recently, and had delicious gyros, but a really snotty, condescending, rude waiter ruined the experience.

I will agree with Lou about greek flame taverna,,I also like cyprianna's up the road on 436. I think they will both fit the bill. Opa is a touristy place i have heard went down hill.

I live 2 minutes from Cyprianna's and used to be a big fan, but a couple of years ago my husband and I went and the meal was horrible. They didn't even try to correct the issues we had with the meal after it was expressed to the waiter. I will never return it was that bad.

I heard that cyprianna had changed hands a few years back. it used to be the best though. i'll second the rec on greek flame taverna. they have great food. although the owners are not friendly at all.

I go to cyprianna's weekly and the food is great. I can't imagine them not doing everything they could to make your meal better

Cyprianna's has to be about the worst Greek food I've had in the Orlando area.

My wife and I ate there once about 4 months ago and each and every item we were served tasted like day old, warmed up leftovers.
