We are planing a research trip to PT and Seattle to look for ideas for our new group of coffee shop/cafe spots in Whistler. We are looking for recomendations of places that offer good quality food at fair price as well as funky settings and different ideas.

my relatives in Port Townsend skip the better-known places and go to Scampi & Halibuts in Port Hadlock. it doesn't look like much, but the seafood is done well. and their sweet potato fries are the best.
