Anyone know of any remaining Krispy Kreme doughnut shops within 100 miles or so of Philadelphia? Tired of the very bad Dunkin Donuts

Sorry, it's a bit over 100 miles but try Scranton or Clarks Summit (upstate PA): http://web.sa.mapquest.com/krispykrem...

Try Frangelli's in South Philly, they make an awesome glazed doughnut.

And their filled to order jelly doughnuts are amazing.

Did all the Krispy Kremes close? I remember when they were opening them left and right.

The Krispy Kreme in Montgomeryville, and on Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia both closed. I believe they were both company owned stores and were closed as part of the K K restructuring.

Krispy Kreme were the only doughnuts I would eat and i was sad when they left Philadelphia, too-----Until I found the Holmesburg Bakery. It is on Frankford Avenue, near Rhawn. And the powdered cream filled doughnuts are better than Krispy Kreme.
