will be here this summer- read about a new tapas restaurant named Zuzda- also what about Artisinal -any other places-don't want to drive to Boone

Zuzda isn't new, but the food is fine. I remember it being very dark inside, and maybe a little loud. I've never been to Artisanal but have heard good things. I like Bayou Smokehouse for their catfish etouffee. Honestly I've eaten at most of the restaurants around Banner Elk, but whenever I'm there its hard to think of where to go because I haven't found one that captures me. I'd go back to Zuzda because they at least have a wide variety.
