Reasonable family eats in downtown Atlanta

This is our first trip to Atlanta. My husband has a conference and we will be staying at the Hyatt Downtown Atlanta for a Sun., Mon., Tues. nights. We won't have a car, but hopefully can figure out the MARTA. Our kids are 4, 12, and 14. Can anyone suggests some places for dinner that are reasonable priced and family friendly? Our kids will generally eat all types of food -- we just can't break the bank. I know there is a Peachtree Center Mall with a food court for lunch and we have breakfast included with our stay. So, mostly we are looking for dinner. The kids and I plan to visit the aquarium and the zoo and possibly the Coca Cola museum. I looked at what the Hyatt offers and I think their dinners sound very expensive -- $20 for pasta? Thank you so much!

Daddy D'z BBQ, Pasta da Pulcinella, F2O (fresh to order), Busy Bee Cafe (may close early in the evenings). I 2nd Rolling Bones (they were just bought out and may have a new menu soon, though).

As an alternative to the chains, I would suggest Rolling Bones Barbecue, 377 Edgewood Ave. The prices won't break the bank and the food is very good.

The Sun night pasta dinner at Shaun's in Inman Park is a great value ($12 3-course recession special). Reserve ahead.

Ted's Montana Grill on Luckie Street would be good for dinner. Also, there's Taco Mac next to the CNN Center. Both of those are reasonable and child friendly. There's also a Mellow Mushroom near the intersection of West Peachtree and Ivan Allen Blvd, though it's a little further away than the other two from the Hyatt.
