Best fried chicken in NOLA

There was an old post from last year, with some great suggestions for fried chicken in NOLA. I commented on it and it dissapeared today, probably due to a somewhat "spirited" conversation involving neighborhoods etc. I guess the moderator removed the content. So I wanted to start it up again, as there were great suggestions for chicken for future visitors.
