Bone Marrow & Parsley Salad in Seattle?

I've been singing the praises of the bone marrow & parsley salad to a friend here, but a simple Google search doesn't turn up anything. Does anyone know where, if anywhere, I can get this in Seattle?

I've had it at Crush. I'm not sure if they have it all the time though.

Quinn's has it sometimes, but not always. They always have some sort of bone marrow preparation, but it's not always with the parsley.
