        <content>Looking for where i can get the best Swiss in LA...any recs?  Or, any recs for fabulous restaurant dishes with Swiss as one of the main ingredients?

      <content>What do you mean by Swiss cheese? Emmental? Gruyere? Vacherin Mont d'Or? I generally like the selection and storage at La Brea Bakery and sometimes Joan's on Third. I don't know of any desserts with Swiss cheese.</content>

      <content>There was a dish called Chicken Picasso that was served quite a number of years ago at Cafe Four Oaks in Beverly Glen Canyon. The ingredients included both Swiss and Parmesan cheese. I doubt if it is served there anymore but the recipe can be found at the link below.

      <content>This is a great cheese store; I prefer it to the nearby Say Cheese.  Not sure of the exact address, but it's located in the Sunset Junction plaza, at the "junction" of Sunset &amp; Sanborn, &amp; the beginning of Santa Monica Blvd.
