Saturday breakfast or brunch in Calistoga?

Any suggestions of where to go for a breakfast or brunch on a Saturday in Calistoga?

Cafe Sarafornia has great breakfasts. Wonderful fresh seasonal pancakes. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Not fancy, but goooood.

I had breakfast there this morning, the Corned Beef Hash. It was great, three eggs perfectly cooked the way I asked over this delicious hash of home fries, red bell peppers, onions, small peas, corn, and ... some kind of mystery meat. OK, I'm sure the meat was their version of corned beef but it was gray, had no discernable flavor and a texture I find hard to describe; a bit like sausage but not really. I loved the whole thing except for the meat. Can anyone shed some light on that meat? What am I missing?

Solage resort has a beautiful brunch/breakfast served out by the pool with the palisades in the background. It's hard to beat in Calistoga. Jole is also great, but it's inside the Mountain View Hotel.

I looked at Jole, but it seems to be only open for dinner.

Sarafornia is right downtown and has nice breakfasts and is a pretty friendly place. Not fancy at all though.
