Planning a clambake in late July to celebrate my mother-in-law's 95th birthday. It will take place at her home right south of Mantoloking. We're looking for a good caterer in the area that specializes in this type of event. About 35 people will be there, and we tentatively have it scheduled for a Sat. around 5. Any suggestions for caterers would greately be appreciated.

Joe Leones In Point Beach..They are the top Caterers in NJ..Plus they now offer a clam bake package that will suit your needs..good luck

Have used Joe Leones for catering, not a clam bake, they did a good job.

Other companies to look into - have not used them personally.
      Just giving you some ideas.

We have a client using Shore for a clambake - she has spoken highly of the food.

As to Leone's, I have found their prepared foods to be pretty average - salty and heavy. Just don't get it, I suppose.

Thanks for your suggestions. Will give Shore a call. As far as Joe Leone's, we've used them in the past for two parties, one was great - the other so-so.
