Tarrytown restuarant with photos on wall

Sorry as this was mentioned on a thread the other day though I am having a difficult time finding it. what is the restaurant in Tarrytown that has the photos on the wall from different local photographers?

Is the food any good? Any other info that might be helpful?

I think you're thinking of Sunflour Cafe in Sleepy Hollow. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/612467 (Although it's misspelled Sunflower in the message thread.) I went there for breakfast once. Decent, standard bacon and eggs, so I didn't really put the kitchen to the test.
