It's a great dog, but then again I don't know if it's hot enough, left in the water too long, etc. at Steve's. Even though different places may use the same dog, it will be better at one place because of the way it's prepared. Best all beef dog? It's a matter of opinion; but for what's it worth, my opinion is that Best Provisions makes a better dog and grilled is preferable to boiled. I finally made it there last week. Very friendy place, not too easy to find (it is a few shops to the east of the bakery. You can get your hotdog dirty water or grilled, I got mine grilled, with mustard and barbeque onions. The onions have a slight kick. I really liked it, will definitely return.
