Egg-less ice cream recipes

Does anyone have any good recipes for ice cream that does not contain eggs? I'm particularly interested in ginger, caramel, dulce de leche, and chocolate banana flavors.
Thanks!

There are a lot of ideas on this page:

Failing that, I think you're stuck with sorbet.

There are plenty of good ice cream recipes that don't require eggs. And, often, you can adapt a custard recipe so that it doesn't need eggs.

Adding eggs to ice cream gives it a different richness and mouthfeel than Philadelphia-style ice creams (no eggs), but I actually prefer not to use eggs because I get more of a simple cream flavor base - all great for adding ginger, caramel, and banana flavors.
