Best pasticceria in Rome and/or Sorrento?

My fiance and I are honeymooning in October in Sorrento then heading up to Rome for a few days. I'm looking for recommendations for really good pastry shops in either town. Particularly Sorrento (sfogliatelle and things of that nature.) The less touristy the better :) Thanks guys!
