Is "Hymie's Too" In Lafayette Hill as Good as the Original in Merion Station?

I enjoy the original Hymies a whole bunch (pickles, pasta salads, corned beef, pastrami, ya know) and wanted to get some opinions on how good the new one is. I live in Mount Airy so the new one is obviously much closer to me.

Thanks

I stopped there today to pick up a corned beef special on seeded rye (harder and harder to find) and it was great! Also, they had bialys and I bought four to take home! Saves me a trip to the Lower East Side of NYC, the only other place I have ever known to get them, since Watson Bagels in Irvington NJ closed.

with several visits under my belt now I can say they have been steadily climbing from just so so..to good..maybe good+. Pickle bar is up..last visit the cabbage soup was great...corned beef was a touch dry last time too...

on the plus...the dumpy environment that was izenbergs (the former) is gone..nicely redone.

on the breakfast side..average..though i think theres a new short order there now..
corned beef hash...way overdone and little in it.. scrapple..deep fried it seems...but I like scrapple..any way its done... very pleasant service...

oh..it's no match for the original Hymies...but since i cant drive there..having this one right around the corner is just fine..
