Blacksalt had them this past weekend (they were awesome!), and since they are both a premium fish market and upscale seafood restaurant, they're as likely to have them as anyone!

I have no idea. I've has SS crabs in a lot of places, and these are a very fine preparation. I also love the ones at Bob's 66 Noodles in Rockville, which are done in the typical salt n pepper fashion.

Second Nam-Viet for softshells. I love the lemon pepper sauce that comes with.

Kinkead's has softshells. Preparation was described in the Washington Post last week. Not cheap but superb.

Great soft shell dinner at Buck's fishing and camping. Came with cheese grits and watercress and sweet and sour slaw. Only $17.00 and a ton of food.

^^Not sure. We just walked in on a Friday night and got a seat. Best to call first I guess and check. Also the SS crab was a nice large fat one, none of those tiny little things.
