He said it would be a wine bar, including small plates, cheese and such. He said it's owned by the same family that owns Bella Luna and Pasha. Another person joined the conversation, and then he added that they will also have dinner plates, priced at about the Bella Luna price-point. He said they'll have wine ranging from $7-12 per glass but also $100 per bottle. It sounded quite all over the place -- or else he just wasn't doing a good job of explaining what they would be. He said they'd be having a friends/family opening this week and a regular opening maybe end of this week or early next week. I went past there today and there was a bunch of people gathered out in front of the place -- awning and signage there too. The space looked nice, though I couldn't see too much of it. We'll have to keep our eyes out for when it opens and report back. Oh, one other thing ... he commented that "Neptune Room had just bled money all over the place and they didn't want that happening to them".
