Carla Hall-Top Chef
For those interested Carla (Hooty Hoot) Hall will be doing an open forum Q&A session on the Chef Talk web site June 10-12. The site is primarily professionals but AFAIK it is open for others to register. I know she had a lot of fans here so if you ever wanted to ask her a question here's your chance. I think this one should be interesting.
