Birthday Cake - where can I get it made to order?

Hi - I am looking to get a personalized very chocolate-y birthday cake. Does anyone have any recommendations? I want it to be theme-d to the party and also taste delicious.

We've used them for years for all our major event cakes. They'll do very personalised stuff and great eating.

The Outsider Tart makes great, personal cakes. they're not cheap though. They'll also deliver within London.
