You can wash and thinly slice the peppers (I'm assuming bell peppers). Dry them well, and spread out on a cookie sheet to freeze. Once they're solidly frozen, transfer to a ziplock.
If you want to use some fresh... make steak sandwiches.. thinly slice and saute with lots of onion. Grill (on a grill pan) or saute (in a wok or skillet) some very thinly sliced steak. Make sure to season with lots of salt and pepper. Serve on toasted pieces of baguette.
