Nice restaurant 1 hour from Chincoteague Island?

A friend of mine recently moved to Chincoteague Island & I'd like to get her a gift certificate to a nice restaurant within an hour of there. It doesn't look like there are many ones on the island itself.

Any suggestions?

Was there most recently in March and had several mediocre meals and then a great one at the Sea Shell Cafe on Maddox--recommend it highly.
