SF - searching for perfect chinese style crispy skin chicken

In general I'm having a hard time finding a good overall chinese restaurant (ie: i like more than one thing on the menu). Crispy skin chicken in particular has been hard to find, especially outside of Chinatown. Everywhere i've gone, the skin isn't crisp enough and the meat isn't juicy enough. Need recs for the best place to get this - preferably outside chinatown

    Chinatown in Clement St. area or down on the Irving St. side you should be able to find lots of roasted chicken like that.

        deep fried - there are lots on clement but many are mediocre

          One of the problems around here is that the crispy, fried chickens are that they're made from the left-over salt poached chickens, just dunked in the fryer, so often they're overcooked.
