Near Comerica in Detroit

I searched the board for options near Comerica and found some good ideas. Does anyone know if Hunter House Hamburgers is still open in Harmony Park or if the only location is in Birmingham? Also, would appreciate your best rec for a less casual restaurant within a block or two of the park. Anything good in the under $20 per entree range. I haven't been back in 5 or 6 years so I would appreciate any current information you can provide. Thanks in advance.

hunter house is gone from downtown. it was in the hilton garden inn and had a much bigger menu than b'ham sliders. it is nowthe motor bar & grill
