Where is Lili Sullivan?

She put Rebel House on the map and then she went on her way. Does anyone know where the Princess of Pub Food is these days?

      Thanks. I did find that. I'd like to know if she's permanently stationed somewhere cooking for comfort and pleasing the pub goers.

        We came across her in a new place called East & Main in Prince Edward County.

        The apps were delicious. The brined pork chop was wonderful! Great atmosphere.

          I don't know how all these places are going to survive, although she probably has a better chance then most. The season is still very short. I was chatting with the owner of one of the better new places recently and she told me that they had basically succumbed to the hype and moved down to open a place but was finding it very hard. From Thanksgiving till May two four, there is very little business.

              Took my folks to this place the other night and had a great meal. I had a tasty pasta dish made with smoked veggies. Ma had the pork dish and pa went for the char. Side of tasty cheesie grits.
              The dessert was excellent, a gingerbread upside down cake. Add a bottle of local plonk and it was very good. They've done a nice job with the room.
              My parents, who have been in Picton for 50 yrs and eat out a lot, say it's their favorite place by far down there. (They've been a couple of times.)
              They are shutting for 3 weeks in Jan, but otherwise plan to stay open all year. I reckon they will do very well.
