Saturday Alameda Farmers Market
We decided to check out the new Saturday Farmer's Market in Alameda today. It's at a different location from the older farmer's market. It's at the corner of Webster and Haight, on the east side of Webster. It was better than we'd anticipated. At first, it looked very small, until we realized there was another section of vendors around the corner. La Farine bakery was there - I didn't even know they did farmer's markets. The place that does the Indian wraps was there. There were stalls selling honey, mushrooms, Italian sauces as well as the standard produce sections. Much better than the Thursday night Farmer's Market I used to go to every once in a while.
While I don't think it will compete with the better Farmer's Markets in downtown Berkeley, Temescal or Grand Lake, it will do just fine for the weekends we decide to stay "on island".

Isn't that the same location as the Tuesday market?

Yes, apparently the Tuesday market moved to this same location in May.
