is Fried Crab @ Seafood village , still the best?

A friend of mine was raving about the HOuse special Crab or Garlic Crab at a place called Seafood village in Montery Park . A number of reviews online backed up what I thought might have been a dubious claim..... But some of these reviews were kinda OLD......

Is this still the place to get this Special HOuse DIsh, as well as other goodies,?, or is there a better Chinese place to get it and other food as well?
