New HD channel? Recipe.TV

I just came across this channel while browsing the FIOS TV guide. It's nothing more than chefs from various restaurants assembling, cooking (time-lapse, fast-forward) and presenting a specialty recipe from their kitchen. I was flipping back and forth between this and the Belmont, but from what I saw, each segment lasts about 3 min with a 5 min commercial between. Not much "meat" to the programming, no personality and because thye're doing nothing more than assembling, there are no techniques or "tricks of the trade" to be gleaned. Just curious if anyone else has seen this?

Just got Fios and Recipe.TV is part of the lineup. Yeah, it's fun to watch--for about 15 minutes. Then you realize they play every episode in EXTREMELY heavy rotation. In the space of a week I've seen most of them already three or four times. But what REALLY sucks is that they tell you to find the recipes on the recipe.tv website---and there isn't one g-damned recipe there (except for some videos, which are useless). WTF???
